Q: DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
A: I don’t do any custom orders, as I need to concentrate on the items that are on my website. I’m sorry!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: I typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. However, I will refund you or replace the item if it is damaged in the mail or if the item is defective. Just email me about any issues (ktscanvases@gmail.com), and I'll be happy to help!
Q: HOW DO I ORDER A PET PRINT?
A: Head here and look through the options to find your pet! I don't offer changes to the pets themselves, as they are supposed to be fun, simple representations of your pet! Here's how to order:
- Choose the print size you want + swipe through the options on the images
- Type your pet choice number in the personalization box. You can only pick 1 pet per print, but use the code "pets15" for 15% off 2 or more "choose your pet" prints to build your pet print set!
- If you choose the name option, type that in with your pet choice number. The same goes for floral crowns. Type the number of the floral crown you want with the pet choice in the personalization box. Ex: #2 dog, Bailey + #4 crown or Ex: #15 dog + #3 crown or Ex: #7 dog, Bailey.
- Thats it! I will customize the print to your preferences and ship it out within 1-2 weeks.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A: Most items are shipped out in 3-5 days. Pet prints may take 1-2 weeks.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: I am only able to ship items from my website to the US. However, I do have some prints available through iCanvas that can be shipped internationally HERE. I also have a Redbubble shop HERE, and my designs are on Casetify HERE. I have some apparel available through Bonfire HERE.
Q: DO THE PRINTS COME WITH FRAMES?
A: My prints do not come with frames. HERE is an article about sizing and what frames I like though!
