You have two options. First is a semi custom choose your pet print where you pick from the breed/color options. You can customize it with their name and a minor edit if needed as well as fun add ons like floral crowns, wings/halo, or bow ties.

The second options is a custom pet art print. I have openings for them every month, so they have more of a wait but I create them from pictures of your specific pet.

So, look through the choose your pet options, and if you see one very similar to yours but think it needs a minor edit, you can email me and I can see what I can do. If I can't do the minor edit you wanted, you can wait for a custom pet print.

Yes, I have openings for them 2-3 times a month at 12 p.m. EST on Saturdays.  At that time on those days, you head to my website and order. Then you email me pictures and details.

You find the pet that looks the most like yours and email me with the minor edit you want. If I approve it, you can order.

Minor edits are usually nose or eye color changes or an added white patch to the chest. I can occasionally use the outline of one pet with the coloring of a different pet too if necessary. It depends though, so please email me before you order. If you order without asking and it turns out that I cant do your edit, your order will be refunded and canceled unless you want the pet as it comes. 

Choose Your Pet orders take 2-3 weeks for me to get to, complete, and ship. I will send you an emailed proof when I'm finished.

Custom pet orders take 1-2 weeks as there is a small custom opening every other weekend.

I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customization of each piece. However, I will refund you or replace the item, if it is damaged in the mail. Just email me about what happened (ktscanvases@gmail.com) and I'll be happy to help!

If it's a pet order, I always send an emailed proof and will work with you to edit and fix any mistakes. If it's something that I am unable to do and we can't come to an agreement, I will refund and cancel your order. Always email me at ktscanvases@gmail.com with any concerns and I'll do my best to help.

If I made a mistake or it got damaged in the mail, I'll send you a replacement. If it's something hand painted like a pet ornament or an original piece, I'll refund your order as I cannot easily replace those. It's situational and depends on what happened, so make sure to email me to explain.

I ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping to the U.S. is free, but for Canada it is $15.

However, I am considering adding more digital options for my prints and I will update on my Instagram @ktscanvases.
